Rose Lemonade
in a shaker cup with ice
2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Diamond Street Vodka
10 drops of rose or lavender bitters
1 lemon squeezed
shake well and pour into 12 oz glass
top with seltzer
garnish with lemon slice & edible flower
MODENA
in a large mixing cup with ice
2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
0.25 oz passionfruit syrup
0.5 oz balsamic vinegar
10 drops rose bitters
10 drops lavender bitters
splash of seltzer

shake well and fine strain into 9 oz glass
Cooper’s Spritzer/ Rose & Tonic
built in a 12 oz glass with ice
0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Buddha’s Hand Vodka
1.5 Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
top with Q tonic
garnish with flower
Turning into a Pumpkin
in a small metal mixing cup with ice
1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka
0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Cacao Maple Vodka
0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
3 drops honey and hops bitters
stir
strain into a 5 oz glass with half rim of bruleed maple sugar
jasmine and rose milk tea
blueberry rose jam, whisked up the sides of your pint glass
in a large mixing cup with ice
1 packet of pique jasmine tea
1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
8 oz milk
2 bar spoons sweetened condensed milk
shake well and strain into pint glass with ice
Rhubarb & Rose Limeade
built in the 12 oz glass
2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rhubarb & Honey Vodka
1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
½ Lemon squeezed
½ lime squeezed
10 drops rose bitters
top with limeade
garnish with edible flowers or lemon wheel
Mad matt shandy
1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Buddhas’s Hand Vodka
0.75 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
1/2 lemon squeezed
top with any IPA
Rhubarb Sour
In a silver mixing glass with ice
1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rhubarb & Honey
1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rose Liqueur
5 drops rose bitters
5 drops woodland bitters
1/2 lemon
stir
strain into 9 oz cup
