Black Walnut nog

in a mixing cup with ice

1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Cacao Maple Vodka

1.50z Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur 

4 oz eggnog

3 dashes black walnut bitters

stir well and strain into 9 oz glass

garnish with freshly grated nutmeg 

Cupid’s coupe

in a metal mixing cup with ice

1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Cacao Maple Vodka

1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

4 oz chocolate milk

8 drops pitch dark chocolate bitters

stir well and strain into coupe glass rimmed with chocolate syrup and sprinkles

Mocha Martini

in a large mixing cup with ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Cacao Maple Vodka

1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

2 0z cold brew

1/4 oz chocolate syrup

15 drops chocolate bitters

shake well

strain neat into martini glass rimmed with chocolate syrup and chocolate shavings

garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate

Vanilla (T)Ice

in a pint glass filled with ice

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Smoked Maple Bourbon

½ oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur 

boylan cream soda to the top

6 dashes of black walnut bitters

Luxardo cherries to garnish

Salted Hazelnut Cold Foam Matcha

1 oz heavy cream in the bottom of a 12 oz glass

Use electric whisk to make cold foam

In a shaker with ice

1 matcha packet

1 pinch of salt 

20 drop pitch dark cacao bitters

½ oz Cooper’s Daughter Cacao Maple Vodka

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

4 oz milk

½ oz hazelnut syrup

shake well

Pour dirty ice and all into the glass with the cold foam

Black Sugar Latte

in a large mug ~ 12 oz

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur 

1 tsp brown sugar

in a milk frother steamed on hottest setting:

5 oz cold brew

4 oz half and half

Pour into mug and top with whipped cream and sprinkle of brown sugar

 

Cold Brew FIZZ

in a 12 oz glass with ice

1.5 oz cold brew

top with seltzer & whipped cream

6 dashes black walnut fig bitters

pour into cup with cold foam

Charoset Old Fashioned

In a rocks glass with a sphere ice cup

1.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Rhubarb & Honey Vodka

0.5 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

0.5 oz Hetta Glögg

6 dashes of Black Walnut Bitters

Luxardo cherries and orange peel to garnish

(Hot) Salted Hazelnut Matcha

Fill frother to the ‘min’ line with 1/2 + 1/2 and froth

In a large mug ~ 12 oz

1 packet Pique matcha

½ oz Cooper’s Daughter Cacao Maple Vodka

2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Liqueur

0.75 oz Hazelnut syrup

pinch of salt

20 drops Pitch Dark Cacao Bitters

stir into a paste

fill hot water ½ way and stir

fill the rest with frothed ½ & ½ and stir
